TERMS
Retailers must agree to the Terms for approval and Silver Seed Jewellery reserves the right to discontinue sales to stores who fail to comply.
WHOLESALE PRICING
Once you’re approved as a wholesaler for Silver Seed, you’ll be given a confidential discount code to use when ordering wholesale product on this website. The discount codes will add a 40% reduction on silver items and a 25% reduction on gold items.
ORDERING & PAYMENT
$500 minimum for opening orders
$100 minimum for reorders

Payments for orders are required to be made via direct transfer as per emailed invoice. Please note: cheques are not accepted.
Payment must be paid in full before your order is shipped.
Prices are subject to change.
TURNAROUND TIME
Silver Seed Jewellery is a small, handmade business and every effort is made to fulfil all orders in a timely order. Standard turnaround time is between 3-10 business days. During peak periods (October - April) minor delays may be unavoidable. In this instance, Lisa will keep you informed of the revised turnaround time.
SHIPPING
All orders are shipped from the studio in Mount Beauty, Victoria. All products will be packed securely and with care in appropriate sized packaging. Unless other arrangements have been made, orders ship via courier or Australia Post. Please let Lisa know if you’d like to request special shipping arrangements.
For international orders, any duties or customs fees incurred are the responsibility of the retailer. Invoices are sent via email at the time of shipment. Shipping costs are charged at the time of order and will be included on your final invoice.
DISPLAY & PACKAGING
Silver Seed Jewellery is committed to running an ethical, sustainable and recyclable business. Therefore Lisa uses elegant packaging made from cardboard & honey comb wrapping to protect your order from damage while in transit.
CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Cancellations or changes to your order be submitted via email within 24 hours of placing your order.
Defective items may be exchanged for product or credit. Damaged or defective merchandise must be reported within five days of receipt.
