Solid 9 ct Gold Water Disc Ring Workshop
Come along to Bright, Victoria and create your own special golden water disc ring, using solid 9 ct gold.
No prior experience is required. The classes are designed for beginners, so you can learn the craft of silversmithing while having a bit of fun. Though best of all … you get to wear your beautiful creations home (or you could make them for someone special in your life).
Lisa is a self taught silversmith and has over 6 years of experience. She will guide you through the process step by step, in a relaxed, calm and friendly environment.

Minimum number for a class to run is 3
1 x 1.5mm wide ring - solid 9 ct gold wire
1x Solid 9ct gold circle: diameter 14 mm x .8 thickness
You will learn the basics of silversmithing:
Sizing your finger with a ring sizer
Measuring your wires
Filing
Sanding
Shaping
Soldering
Texturing the metal (if required)
Pickling
Polishing
While we are polishing your beautiful ring in the tumbler, we can relax and chat.
